People do not buy the best, they buy the products and services that are communicated the clearest. People will only buy from you if you solve a problem they have. Your customers must clearly understand how your product or service makes their life better if you want them to place an order. Companies don’t know how to talk about their product or service in a way that causes customers to raise their hand and want to do business with them. Instead they talk about the business and chase sales.
