SOS Care, formerly known as SOS Healthcare, provides services that empower people with autism and intellectual disabilities to thrive on their own. Programs include camps, activities and classes that teach life and social skills needed to live as independently as possible.
About Nonprofit of the Month
Each month, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce announces a nonprofit of the month. This special promotion sponsored by South Atlantic Bank recognizes an outstanding nonprofit that is an investor with Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. The organization displays a banner at their place of business for one month recognizing them as the Nonprofit of the Month. The honor was first awarded to United Way of Horry County in January 2020.
